Trina Lutter Rubenstein
Trina was born in Montreal and moved to New York for graduate school. She taught history before becoming a full time mom to daughter Jessica and son Jeremy. She then switched careers to development for scientific research, working for the Weizmann Institute of Science with joint projects with NIH, Rockefeller Institute and Sloan Kettering. Trina moved with her husband Les to Foggy Bottom 18 months ago. She is a voracious reader, and attends classes in international relations, music and mindfulness."The Village concept appeals to me very much,” Trina says. “Creating community around social activities, with a range of services available to all is of critical importance.”
