FBWEV Takes to the Dance Floor

On September 12th, over 12 Village members followed the instructions of Melissa Collins in exercises based on ballroom dancing especially the Rumba. The 5 part series stresses flexibility, stamina, and balance through dance and members enjoyed the different ways to stretch and move. All fitness levels were present and all participated fully.
