You read in the news that exercise is the “fountain of youth,” but what does that mean? What is the best physical activity for seniors? How much physical activity do you need on a weekly basis? What are the risks associated with not exercising? How do you exercise safely? Would a personal trainer be helpful? These and related topics will be discussed by Dr. Mary Barron. The program is cosponsored with Dupont Circle Village.
