You read in the news that exercise is the “fountain of youth,” but does it work for you? Or have you stopped exercising because it hurts? Are you new to exercise and looking for an activity that you can afford and do safely? How long should you warm up and cool down? Dr. Barron will help you understand how exercise can play a vital role in your life at any age or condition. 
Who: Mary J. Barron, PhD

Dr. Barron is an Associate Professor at the George Washington University, Department of Exercise & Nutrition Sciences, Milken Institute School of Public Health. She will be stepping in for Dr. DiPietro, who was previously scheduled to lead this presentation.
